Our candidate selection process is based on a structured and systematic approach, which is proactive, detailed and target oriented. Our 9 steps for candidate selection process are as under:
To better ease the process, we will meet with key participants important to the search to understand the organization’s history, vision – mission, values, culture and operating pattern.
We will prepare the position specification document on the bases of our discussions with the client. It will ensure the right position of the candidate which will enable us to find out the right candidate for the organization.
Finalization Position Specification with the client, we will start searching the right candidate for the right position with the following scientific ways:

Target Search - Our agreed search criteria and strategy will identify a wide-ranging list of target industries and companies. We will contact identified individuals to measure their potential fit and readiness with the required position.

Database review – Our updated and fresh centralized database containing a lot of information on professionals help us to recognize and appraise qualified candidates for client assignments.
An initial list of shortlisted candidates will be prepared on the bases of our discussions. This shorted out list will be prepared after a detailed evaluation of the candidates in terms of their education qualification, skill sets, experience, interest in the required positions etc.
After evaluation of the candidate, we will prepare a detailed resume and evaluation summary for the most promising candidates, to ease the interview process.

We will arrange interviews for the short listed candidates. After the interview round, together, final shortlist will be prepared.
We will check and cross the background and detailed references of the final candidate(s) you wish to hire, before the offer is formally drawn-out.
If required, K9HR assist to prepare a competitive employment offer based on client compensation strategy and market realities. On behalf of the client, we can present the offer and explain it to the selected candidate.
At this stage of the candidate selection process, we together, will finalize the candidate for the required position.
K9HR keeps in touch with the hired candidate(s) for 60 days after his/ her joining the work and keeps continuing him/ her motivated for result oriented output.
